  1. This was so good! Especially when she highlighted nurses saying things like “you’re here so can I ask you … I don’t want to bother him”.
    I entirely agree we should be getting paid for what we’re worth. And be setting appropriate boundaries with patients and staff. And mindset changes to recognize all of this! Bravo!
