Dr. Cassie Burton Greenbaum is a dual board-certified pediatric critical care physician and founder of Off Service Mom Co., a curated peer connection membership for physician moms. She is the creator of The Friendship Prescription, a five-pillar framework teaching women physicians the specific skills to build real connection, prevent burnout, and find joy and fulfillment in their careers.
Dr. Burton has spent time researching physician loneliness and peer connection as structural drivers of burnout and attrition in women physicians. Her work has been published on KevinMD and featured on physician wellness podcasts including Solving for Joy.
She lives and practices in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
