I am a cognitive behavioral neurologist striving to deliver exceptional care to people with dementia and other causes for cognitive and behavioral symptoms. I founded my direct care private practice Neurology MIND Care PLLC to do so.
I earned my medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. My training includes Neurology Residency at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center, Neuro-Oncology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry Fellowship at UCLA & the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. I worked as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Mount Sinai, followed by Northwell Health prior to transitioning into private practice.
I am also a wife and mother, and learning to implement what I advise patients about adding more balance to life. I am drawn to energy medicine and mind-body practices and enjoy guiding my patients, and their caregivers, to these additional tools to support stress reduction.
