Gem MD is a quickly growing Direct Primary Care practice established in 2017. I am a family physician and left corporate medicine to create this practice in Rockwall, TX. Rockwall is a great community with a small town feel but is only 45 min. from Dallas when you want the amenities of a large city. The community is family friendly and has great schools. It is also very receptive to the DPC model. I have a nurse practitioner and a dietitian working with me. We have a weight loss program which includes both lifestyle coaching and medication assistance. I recently built a new and larger facility and have several allied health professional working here. We have occupational therapy, speech therapy, aesthetics, a chiropractor and podiatrist. We are a great team of professionals and look forward to further growth. The clinic has grown quickly and I am having trouble keeping up with all the new enrollments. I need a physician who is dedicated to patient care and eager to grow a thriving practice.

This is a full time position and I am looking for someone who is committed to both the community and great patient care. A committed physician will grow a panel quickly as I am already getting about 20+ new enrollments per month. Be ready to go to local marketing and community events. Meeting people in the community is key and it is how I have created such robust growth. I will mentor the new physician on marketing and how to grow a panel. Any new patients enrolling will be assigned to the new physician, regardless of who recruited them. I have a dedicated office manager and great staff to support you.
