Silvana Fischman, DDS (Intl), MHA, CRC, is a seasoned healthcare executive and strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading clinical operations, growth, and value based care initiatives across diverse healthcare settings. Silvana trained in dentistry in Mexico City, where she began her career in clinical practice, went on to lead a medical device organization, and later transitioned into healthcare operations and executive leadership. After earning her Master’s in Healthcare Administration and Risk Adjustment Coder certification, she spent nearly a decade in senior leadership at ChenMed, a leading value based care organization, driving measurable gains in quality performance, growth, risk adjustment, population health outcomes, and operational effectiveness across large, multi-site clinical networks.
Working across health plans, provider groups, data teams, and analytics functions, Silvana built a reputation for connecting dots others did not always see. She blends operational rigor with genuine empathy, helping teams work better together and turning complex change efforts into practical progress. Known for her ability to lead through ambiguity, build healthy cultures, and mentor high performing teams, she has a track record of helping organizations move what once felt “unmovable.”
Today, Silvana is the Founder and CEO of Chai Class Consulting, where she partners with doctors, operators, healthcare organizations, startups, and health technology companies to design and execute strategies that strengthen culture, improve operations, responsibly scale innovation, and deliver better clinical and business outcomes. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, data informed decision making, and rare ability to turn strategy into real world execution.
Silvana lives in Florida with her husband, their two children, and two dogs. Warm, curious, and creative by nature, she believes high performing healthcare is built on trust, collaboration, and a lot of heart.
