Dr Neil is a proud family medicine physician who has been practicing in his hometown of Las Vegas since 2012 since completion of training at Atlantic Health Systems- Mt Sinai with a focus on global health and has proudly maintained the development and deployment of rural clinics in the Dominican Republic and Honduras in partnership and as executive chair with One World Surgery.  As a passionate educator, he is immersed in community serving on the executive board of the NV Academy of Family Physicians, a former trustee of the Clark County Medical Society and as President of the NV Physician Wellness Coalition and is a certified physician coach as faculty with Practicing Excellence. He is faculty with UNLV, Touro, and Roseman Universities medical schools and was the founding associate program director of NVs largest family medicine residency program in 2019.  Awareness and understanding are integral pillars of improving care outcomes and as such he  has proudly spoken on stages locally nationally and globally including with the AAFP, American Educational Institute and conferences such as Pri-Med and HLTH USA.  He was honored to receive the NV Governor’s Lifetime Achievement award in 2025 in recognition of advocacy support for individuals with developmental disabilities inspired by his sister who was his guiding light into a career in medicine.  When he tragically lost a dear friend to metastatic cancer, he conscientiously shifted his career after ten years as an executive physician leader, serving as CMO of Optum NV, to support early cancer detection and currently serves as the screening medical officer for multicancer early detection with Exact Sciences now part of Abbott Cancer Diagnostics.
