The evolution of our human body (what I always envision as the shell casing in which our soul resides) has got to be one of the most fascinating aspects of aging.

I look at myself in the mirror some days, and I still half-expect the young, freckled face to smile innocently back at me, in the reflection. Instead I see a stranger, who I’ve only begun to know (because I’m constantly aging and changing).
