Upfront Cost & Then Some?

As leaders in healthcare how do we know where to put our trust these days, where it comes to leadership programs?

I signed up for a leadership program a few months ago. Paid $500 or so for the year.

I haven’t really seen anything spectacular offered, but now, they have a conference coming up where they’re asking members for money to share our services.

I’m so confused because the program really hasn’t given much and because I’m already out $500 and now they want more.

Can anyone speak to how they gauge programs and where to spend money?

How do we navigate this space and know what to choose from when there’s so much thrown our way and also so much on the way of affiliate marketing?

How can we tell what’s truly of value?

Who actually has open, honest conversations about this?

Where are resources to figure all of this out?
