1st Quarterly Project

The Other Side of Leadership is the inaugural collaborative initiative of the SoMeDocs Women in Healthcare Leadership Forum. Developed over the course of the Forum’s first quarter together, the project brings leaders together to explore the realities of leadership that often go unseen. Through candid conversations and shared experiences, participants discuss the challenges, sacrifices, lessons, and defining moments that exist behind titles and accomplishments. The initiative was created to foster meaningful dialogue, elevate diverse perspectives, and offer a more honest look at leadership in healthcare.

Episodes released weekly, starting June 9th, 2026, for 7 weeks total.

2nd Quarterly Project

The Priestly Project is the second collaborative initiative of the SoMeDocs Women in Healthcare Leadership Forum. Inspired by the iconic confidence and presence of Miranda Priestly, the project invites physicians and healthcare professionals to recreate memorable editorial-style portraits within their own medical environments. More than a photo campaign, it celebrates leadership, accomplishment, creativity, and the many ways women shape healthcare. Forum members will help develop, promote, and expand the project while encouraging participation from physicians across the SoMeDocs community, culminating in a curated gallery that showcases leadership through powerful visual storytelling.

3rd Quarterly Project

Our Forum leaders have each shown interest in chairing this year’s online Leadership Summit. Now in its fourth year, this annual program brings together fresh insights, expert perspectives, and practical strategies designed to help clinicians navigate a changing healthcare landscape, strengthen their work, and build healthier, more sustainable careers.
