Holistic Heart Centers is a virtual platform for precision cardiovascular care. We provide personalized services to patients seeking to optimize their vascular health and wellness and find root causes of underlying conditions.
The virtual assistant is needed for patient-facing and marketing activities.
Patient-facing activities:
- calls with prospective patients (sales experience preferred)
- onboarding of prospective patients (EMR experience, especially Cerbo preferred)
- patient coordination (electronic test ordering for drop ship, scheduling)
- e-commerce communication
- digital devices and apps troubleshooting
Marketing activities:
- newsletter
- Building Active Campaign automation and campaigns
- social media posts and ads management
- community management (engagement, tagging, etc)
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, Adobe, Active Campaign, Zapier, Circle
- Previous content marketing experience
- Sales experience
- SEO and Facebook campaign experience
