ABOUT THIS LECTURE

Target Audience:

This talk is for professional women navigating the rollercoaster ride of perimenopause. These women are used to thriving at work (and at home) but are now experiencing the struggles of hormonal shifts, such as brain fog, irritability, and poor sleep. It is also geared towards healthcare professionals caring for these women, so that they can recognize the impact that perimenopause has on one’s career and all that goes with that, and help these women get back to thriving.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn about the impact that perimenopause and menopause has on workplace productivity
  • Identify how perimenopausal hormonal shifts influence focus, mood, and stamina in high-achieving women
  • Recognize how perimenopause symptoms show up in the workplace and affect confidence and leadership
  • Apply lifestyle and medical strategies that optimize hormones, productivity, resilience, and overall well-being
  • Integrate awareness of career and lifestyle factors into patient assessment and treatment planning to provide more personalized, empathetic menopause care
