ABOUT THIS LECTURE

This presentation is for professionals who want to leverage the best frameworks, practices, and strategies from psychology to promote personal resilience, flourishing, and well-being.

Psychologists have identified four universal human needs or motivations (the “Big 4”) related to living our best lives. Using this framework, several evidence-based strategies and practices for promoting flourishing, resilience, and well-being will be described.  These practices are easy to implement immediately.  The session concludes with emphasis on five specific strategies for bridging the knowing-doing gap so that attendees are more likely to implement the practices learned in this session.
