Truth is, I had a vision of what this directory would look like long ago, but it took me years to learn the online and digital world’s tricks of the trade to actually get it built.
It’s much like the real world: you have stores that are built, individually, and then you have spectacular malls.
In SoMeDocs, I’ve built out a giant virtual mall, except that it really serves as a unique adult playground, where you can find many of the up and coming grassroots resources of today, where it comes to health and healthcare,
Why is my SoMeDocs Doctor Directory like NO OTHER?
Our directory showcases verified doctors in the field of health and/or healthcare in neatly organized profiles. It facilitates connections between two parties (reporters seeking quotes, startups seeking advisors, events seeking speakers, podcasts seeking guests) rapidly and free of charge.
This has, to date, only existed behind pay walls. If you’d like to see these inhibitory walls broken down (I’m thinking Berlin Wall-breaking levels), please consider sharing this. It is forward-thinking and more in-line with the rapid innovating that we need today.

The cost to take part in this is straight-forward it’s free to both end-users.
This means you can use it for free as a member of the public, and the doctor can get listed here for free, too (as long as they have an NPI number, which all US doctors get).
We’ve had the gamut of users, from Wall Street Journal reporter to startups now paying advisors. Again, these golden connections are created free of charge.
It’s a no-brainer. Though plenty of brains within it!

What happens when a doctor joins?
Once a doctor gets verified (you can see our membership options here), our team will activate their membership.
They’ll then have to submit a profile form, and we then get to work, behind the scenes, adding them into our beautiful directory!
