Dr. Tatyana Reznik is a practicing physician with over 25 years of clinical experience. She is triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Obesity Medicine, and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She is also a Certified Life Coach, the host of the Voices of Women Physicians Podcast, and a bestselling author. She immigrated to the US over 20 years ago from Uzbekistan where she was a practicing Cardiologist.

In the US, she completed residency training at the University of Nevada, Reno, and has been practicing Hospital Medicine in California since then. She later expanded her expertise through advanced training in menopause care, obesity medicine, and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being.

She is the founder of AmazVita MD, a direct specialty care telehealth practice where she helps women navigate the metabolic and hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause through comprehensive, evidence-based care. She also provides medical weight management and lifestyle medicine care to adults of all genders.

In her coaching practice, she helps women physicians turn their dreams and ideas into reality. Through the combination of mindset shifts as well as practical tips and resources, she helps them start and build successful side ventures so they can practice medicine with more autonomy and satisfaction.

Dr. Reznik also has a second coaching niche where she provides wellness coaching to busy women physicians, focusing on plant based nutrition, optimizing sleep, and increasing energy and joy.

Dr. Reznik hosts the Voices of Women Physicians Podcast, where she interviews women physician experts, leaders, and innovators who share their inspiring journeys and helpful practical tips from their areas of expertise in and outside of medicine.  Dr. Reznik co-authored a book about Lifestyle Medicine, How Healers Heal, and the book Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Reznik enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating easy and delicious recipes, learning new things, traveling, reading, and photography.
