I am a General Practitioner/Family Physician based between London and Dubai with over 20 years in the UK. I have extensive experience in Women’s Health & Internal Medicine with a special interest in Lifestyle Medicine, Menopause, ADHD & Holistic Health. I have multi-sector experience in the Public (NHS), Private (Harley Street), Corporate Wellness and Telemedicine (Teladoc UK) sectors. I have an international upbringing having lived in Dubai, Asia and Europe.

Alongside my work as a Generalist, I provide a remote Coaching & Advisory service to assist women in their 40s/50s entering a double whammy phase of ADHD and Menopause using an evidence-based Holistic Lifestyle approach and signposting to specialists.
