about the speaker

Liz Aguirre MD became a “triple certified burnout expert” after over 10 years as a practicing physician and experiencing professional burnout for a third time. Through her own healing, she realized how many people were also suffering and began to help others discover their specific healing journey. Dr. Aguirre is a 2X TEDx speaker who speaks at conferences and for organizations to amplify employee wellness, overcome burnout and build happier, more productive teams. She is an accomplished trainer and works with groups and individuals longing to end their own burnout. Dr. Aguirre is a frequent podcast guest, host of @LizAguirreMD YouTube Channel and host of the Creating Clarity Podcast. Her authentic and vulnerable speaking style earned her a golden ticket for the semifinals of Grant Cardone’s Great American Speak Off in 2022. Dr Aguirre received her MD from Texas A&M College of Medicine.
