Dr Dunbar is a board-certified lifestyle medicine physician, health coach and weight-loss expert who will help you write your new life story. Her health coaching expertise focuses on five main pillars that will help you RENEW your health. These pillars are restorative sleep, exercise, nutrition, eliminating risky substances and wholehearted connections. In her own health journey she used these principles to treat root cause and was able to “heal” herself.  After this life altering experience Dr. Dunbar created Saravit Wellness, a telehealth based lifestyle medicine and coaching practice. Her team sits in the gap where current healthcare has fallen short. Saravit Wellness provides coaching through a robust and comprehensive app. This allows for unlimited messaging with her team, direct scheduling for quarterly video visits with Dr. Dunbar, setting mutually agreed upon goals and tracking your nutrition, physical activity and overall progress.
