After post-graduate training, I opened my own private practice in 1982. I incorporated a holistic approach to treating my patients in 1987 after I realized so much of what traditional medicine teaches ignores the root cause of the pathology we treat. I have spent the past 36 years developing a functional medicine practice to address chronic foot and ankle pain through a mechanistic model. Most of my patients have been failed by traditional medicine and come to me in desperation and angst over their next step. As a direct-pay doctor, I have the time it takes to investigate, manage and resolve many of the epigenetic and genetic issues that burden the immune system and make healing very challenging for most of my patients. From there, applying regenerative medicine along with nutritional and herbal support enables a complete healing AND uplevels the health of the patient.
