Christopher Chiu, MD, FAAP, FACP is a Med-Peds doctor who has made his way to the Buckeye state after completing medical school and residency at Indiana University. He initially served for 4 years on active duty at Wright Patterson Air Force Base where he discovered his interest in medical education. After his separation from the military, he has continued to be active in Graduate Medical Education at the Ohio State University as the Lead Physician of the General Internal Medicine Clinic at Outpatient Care East and works with faculty development as the Director of Education for the Division of General Internal Medicine as well as the Director on the Program for Digital Scholarship. He is nationally known as Chris “The Chiu Man” Chiu with his work as a producer for “The Curbsiders,” an Internal Medicine Podcast which routinely ranks in the top 3 of Apple Podcasts in the United States “Medicine” Category with more than 700,000 downloads per month. He co-founded and launched a Pediatric spin-off podcast called “The Cribsiders” in the summer of 2020 which has grown to nearly 10,000 downloads per episode.
