Rakhee K. Bhayani, MD, is a professor of medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at Duke University. She completed her internal medicine residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University School of Medicine. She is a founding member and director of the Forum for Women in Medicine, a professional development initiative established in 2014 that organizes skill-building events for women trainees in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Bhayani has a passion for well-being, effective social media use for physicians, and gender equity and has presented workshops, lectures, and grand rounds on these topics both regionally and nationally
