Raghav Panda is a pre-medical student in Nova Southeastern University’s 7-year D.O. program, focused on clinical innovation and healthcare systems optimization.
He is the founder of Relai, an AI clinical communication platform that translates patient-reported symptoms into structured, EMR-ready summaries grounded in peer-reviewed medical data to support early triage and physician decision-making. He also founded NeuraPanda, a voice AI receptionist system that helps clinics reduce missed calls, automate scheduling, and improve patient conversion, where he has independently led outreach, sales, and implementation for private practices.
Raghav’s perspective is shaped by both research and clinical experience. As a Cognitive Neuroscience Intern at the NJIT Human Health & Systems Research Institute, he analyzed neurovascular and physiological datasets using MATLAB, applying statistical methods to real-time biological signals to support ongoing research.
He has also worked in OB/GYN, dental, and private practice settings, supporting patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk operations—gaining direct insight into workflow inefficiencies and patient communication gaps in real-world clinical environments.
In addition, he co-founded Project Nova Energy and conducted over 100 hours of research on nitric oxide physiology and functional compounds, contributing to a published literature review on cognitive and physical performance.
He is also the Founder and President of the Health Link Society and the Friends of MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières) chapter, where he leads initiatives focused on clinical communication, patient advocacy, and global health engagement. Raghav is particularly interested in collaborating with physicians to implement practical, technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient experience in modern clinical practice.
