Dr. Gupta is a board-certified dermatologist in practice in Los Angeles, California. He received his bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Minnesota, during which time he completed a prestigious, robust clinical research fellowship in skin allergies and patch testing at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. He then attended the University of Chicago for his internship year, before finally completing dermatology residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago where he was selected as a chief resident. During his training, he was awarded scholarships through the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Contact Dermatitis Society, as well as other organizations.

He is part of several dermatology societies and has published widely in several leading national and international dermatological journals. His clinical interests include both rare and common skin conditions in diverse populations including eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, hair loss, and many more. He also maintains a keen interest in surgical and cosmetic dermatology with the ultimate goal of making his patients feel more confident in their own skin. Outside of clinic, he enjoy traveling, exploring various neighborhoods, coffee shops, music, and catching up with friends and family.
