Dr Rachel Beanland, MBChB, DTM&H, MPH is a UK-trained Public Health Physician (FFPH), coach and mindfulness and meditation teacher.
She is passionate about supporting physicians to do medicine differently.
Throughout her career, Rachel experienced the challenge of finding the right path and the desire to be authentic. Transitioning from clinical medicine, she struggled to find role models and turned inward to explore how mindfulness could guide her.

With her coaching offers she helps doctors make mindful and sustainable changes, so they can have more control of their time, a better balance and make a bigger impact in the world. She combines her expertise in positive psychology, behaviour change, and career transitions to guide doctors to create unique career paths.
Her diverse experience, from working with the United Nations to living in multiple countries, allows her to understand the intricate narratives of every doctor she coaches. Rachel’s evidence-based Dharma Method is transformative and empowering, successfully guiding doctors worldwide to discover their true purpose.
Rachel is also a certified yoga and breathwork teacher and passionate about living more consciously. When she is not coaching or on her yoga mat, Rachel can be found on her organic farm in the foothills of the French Pyrenees where she lives a low-carbon lifestyle one step at a time.
