Dr. Jill Grimes is a nationally recognized medical media expert, award-winning author, medical editor, family physician and proud wife and mom. Her latest book, The ULTIMATE College Student Health Handbook: Your Guide for Everything from Hangovers to Homesickness (Skyhorse, 2020) offers college students (and their concerned parents) practical, evidence-based medical advice, served with a dose of humor. Dr. Grimes’ first award-winning book, Seductive Delusions: how everyday people catch STDs (Johns Hopkins University Press, 2008), has been part of the high school health curriculum in some school districts since 2010. Dr. Sheryl Recinos


Dr. Sheryl Recinos is a hospitalist physician trained in family medicine. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their 3 children. She is also the author of her award-winning memoir, Hindsight: Coming of Age on the Streets of Hollywood, along with numerous other books. When she isn’t working at the hospital or writing, she spends time with her family or volunteers in her community or abroad. Her favorite community work is with the homeless youth population in Hollywood.


Dr. Parastoo Jangouk


Dr. Parastoo Jangouk is dual board certified in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine and a life coach. She has particular interest in gut health, brain-gut interaction, gut microbiome, fitness, weight loss and mindset work. Dr Jangouk incorporates her coaching skills in promoting gut health, weight loss and treating patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders. She authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in prestigious medical journals. She is currently living in Austin, TX where she practices Gastroenterology.
