My Practice & Why It Works

You have a health care concern and call your doctor, only to be told that they can squeeze you into a 15-minute slot in two weeks. The frustration that comes with getting the mental health care you need, when you need it, can be exhausting, which is why we emphasize concierge care here at Choulet Wellness.

You have a health care concern and call your doctor, only to be told that they can squeeze you into a 15-minute slot in two weeks. The frustration that comes with getting the mental health care you need, when you need it, can be exhausting, which is why we emphasize concierge care here at Choulet Wellness. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, we also serve Paradise Valley.

Under the direction of Brook Choulet, MD, our team of experienced and qualified mental health care experts takes a different approach to your mental health and wellness by making ourselves available to you through concierge care.

To help you better understand the many benefits of our concierge care, we outline five here.

1. A direct line of communication

We understand how frustrating it can be to call your doctor, only to have staff act as go-betweens. With our concierge care, you have a direct line of communication with your psychiatrists, therapists, and wellness specialists at Choulet Wellness, either through text, phone, or a secure patient portal system.

This type of direct communication allows you and the clinicians at Choulet Wellness to have open and honest conversations about your wellness, without running the risk of lost messages and miscommunication.

2. Care when you need it

Your mental health isn’t likely on a schedule, so your care shouldn’t be confined to allotted times. Through our concierge care, you can contact Dr. Choulet or her associates any time you’re struggling, even after hours and on the weekends. Our psychiatrists in Scottsdale are readily available to address your needs.

3. Our undivided attention

If you’ve ever felt rushed or unheard when you visit a health care provider, concierge care is our answer to this problem. Through our personalized approach to health care, we’re able to have fewer patients, so we can devote more time to the ones who are in our care.

In other words, we don’t offer 15-minute “drive-by” appointments, but, rather, schedule our appointments in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute intervals, depending on your needs.

This allows Dr. Choulet and the other physicians and wellness specialists to not only provide you with the psychiatry and therapy services you’ve come to rely on, but also the time to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

4. Keeping up with your medications

If Dr. Choulet or her associates have prescribed you medications and you need more, through our concierge care, we can provide same-day refills of noncontrolled substances. We understand how important medication management is when it comes to your mental health and wellness, and we make every effort to ensure you stay on track.

5. Backed by a team

With our concierge care, you not only receive individualized attention from your primary care provider, but you have access to an entire team of specialists. Dr. Choulet’s team includes adult, adolescent, and child psychiatrists, as well as counselors, therapists, and even a nutritional coach. Whatever your wellness needs, our goal is to ensure that you receive the right care.

If you have more questions about our concierge care, or if you’d like to learn more about becoming a member, our Scottsdale, Arizona, office for a complimentary five-minute consultation with Dr. Choulet. Choulet Wellness serves Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the greater Phoenix area.
