She was diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, after her children were found to have ADHD and autism. Dr Hobbs is now on a mission to help other working moms navigate the overwhelm of parenting, marriage, and neurodiversity, so they can enjoy their life and career more. Through private coaching and her Rethink your Rules podcast, Dr Hobbs teaches practical strategies to improve emotional regulation, self-compassion, boundaries, communication, and more.
