Moshe Cohn practices palliative medicine for children and adults, as well as pediatric critical care. He is dual fellowship-trained, and triple board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine, pediatric critical care medicine, and general pediatrics. Dr. Cohn is also a trained and certified healthcare ethics consultant, with expertise in complex medical decision-making. He specializes in navigating the ethical and moral challenges of modern medicine, including issues with complex chronic conditions in children, terminal illness and end-of-life care, and has a particular interest in the interface of secular and religious medical ethics. Dr. Cohn sits on multiple working groups and advisory boards, consulting on issues such as “brain death”, organ donation, xenotransplants (animal-to-human organ transplants), and pediatric gene therapy for rare diseases.
