Having worked as Hospitalist Program Director and CMO, I have also continued clinical practice. Currently working as a hospitalist (and interim Associate Director) alongside my own outpatient practice, I enjoy mentoring medical students, residents and early career physicians, having helped a number of them with setting up practices or selecting a job. My main focus is systems improvement for both management and healthcare IT. Having dabbled in programing earlier as a hobby, I continue to work with hospital IT departments.
