Meditation is simply a journey from activity into silence. You’re not creating silence – it is already, always present. You are simply tapping into the silence.
If you’re new to meditation and want to try it, use these tips: .
Sit comfortably.
👉🏽Set a soft timer for 5 minutes.
Close your eyes.
Just notice your breath for those few minutes.
If your attention goes away from your breath, it’s OK. Just gently come back to your breath.
. And that is it! It really is simple and gets easier the more you practice.
