It’s always a good time for Greek yogurt!

Making Greek yogurt at home is easy and affordable which is awesome because I never run out of it at home!

Powerful benefits of Greek yogurt:
Protein: essential for building and maintaining muscle mass.
Calcium: important for strong bones and teeth.
Vitamin D: helps the body absorb calcium.
Probiotics: beneficial bacteria in this fermented food can support gut health and immunity

Enjoy Greek yogurt any time of the day:

Breakfast: Top Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and/or honey for a healthy and satisfying breakfast.

Snacks: Eat it plain, or add honey / granola / fruit. Substitute into baked goods instead of sour cream. Spread and freeze over parchment with toppings = yogurt bark

Lunch or dinner: can be used in place of sour cream or mayonnaise in dips and sauces. Top your chili. It can also be added to smoothies or used as a salad dressing.

I never run out of this staple in my house. Stay for the end to see my go-to recipe!

No matter how you enjoy it, Greek yogurt is a healthy and delicious way to add more nutrients to your diet
