Dr. Poston earned an MD from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Dayton Children’s Hospital. While she enjoyed practicing pediatrics, she found her passion was in teaching and writing. Later in her career, she earned an MBA from Raj Soin College of Business, focusing on human resources and health care, and an M.Ed. from Wright State University in Instructional Design and Educational Technology.
