Target Audience:
Physicians who want to learn more about taking back “power” by leaving the traditional healthcare model. I will discuss my own experience and experiences of my friends who have left traditional healthcare for a concierge model and how leaving has helped us to become stronger leaders.

–discuss barriers to leadership in the traditional healthcare model
—highlight solutions to improve healthcare delivery within the traditional healthcare model
–narrate my own experience and describe how leaving how helped me to become a leader of my own practice and more importantly a stronger leader in my own community
