I am passionate about keeping my patients doing what they love.

For over 10 years I have been practicing and evolving my use of osteopathic manipulation to keep my patients feeling their best and staying active.  I truly believe that the body has an amazing innate ability to heal itself and maintain health.  It’s my job to help my patients achieve that health homeostasis.  To that end I also began studying and using regenerative medicine for the past 5 years to promote self-healing.  Osteopathic manipulation and regenerative medicine don’t always fit well with the traditional style of primary care and I had to find a better way to spend time with my patients.  That led me to Direct Primary Care and starting Arktos Direct Care.  Arktos focuses on whole person care and the promotion of keeping you as healthy as possible for as long as possible.  Not metrics and coding, but relationships and personalized health goals.  Better health comes from a better practice of medicine.
