Keira Barr, MD FAAD

Trauma Informed Life Coach, Speaker, Author

About

I’m an author, global speaker, trauma informed life coach, and physician who helps high-achieving women maximize unshakeable confidence, and amplify resilience. I created the Skinny Dipping Method to help women strip away the layers holding them back to reveal their true beauty and step into their power.

I’ve taught thousands of women tools and strategies to be able to empower themselves to live the life they crave through speaking, coaching, and my book, The Skin Whisperer.

I am trained as a dual-board certified integrative dermatologist, as well as being certified as an Advanced Practitioner of Mind-Body Medicine and life coach.

My work has been featured in MindBodyGreen, Better Homes and Gardens’, Reader’s Digest, Shape, Glamour, SELF, Oprah Magazine, and more.

When I’m not juggling my coaching practice or seeing patients, you’ll find me sweating it out at pilates, hanging with my 17 year old daughter and 16 year old son or snuggling with my husband, Rob. I also host regular dance parties in my kitchen with my disco ball.
