Dr Hovav is a board-certified pediatrician with over 18 years in clinical practice in diverse hospital and clinic-based settings. She has a passion for health communication, whether it’s through writing, podcasting, coaching or clinical practice. She has written for health education companies, parenting websites and medical education blogs. She serves as a medical editor and podcast host for HippoEducation, a medical education company for physicians and other health professionals. Dr Hovav is also a certified Life Coach with a special love for providing support to parents of neurodiverse children. Dr Hovav is an attending pediatrician at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, and completed her residency training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In her spare time, she enjoys all things craft-related, karaoke and traveling with her husband and 3 young children.
