Dr Robert is a highly motivated, passionate and innovative leader with a proven record in advancing Family Medicine education and community health. As the inaugural Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency, she successfully achieved and maintained ACGME accreditation, launching the first class in July 2023. She demonstrates commitment to the field through serving on the AAFP Commission on Education and Subcommittee on Resident & Student Issues. Dr. Robert currently serves as President of the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, faculty leadership, and providing compassionate and high-quality care to the community.
