Most of what we have experienced in our careers has been reactive and externally motivated. I give doctors the space and the tools to pause– and plan what they want their lives to be.

I am currently, and have for the last 16 years, practiced Emergency medicine in all size departments, first in the Armed Forces, then in the civilian world. My own path continues to be a circuitous one. Nearly every doctor I talk to is exhausted and feels as if they have little to no control over their lives and their careers. I can help.
