With formal training in dentistry, medicine, Oral Medicine, and currently a postdoctoral researcher in Radiation Oncology devoted to bringing the human back into the healing.

In addition to her primary role as an Oral Medicine Physician and cancer researcher, Jillian is a Life and Professional Leadership Coach within her institution and is accepting a limited number of external clients.

Her life journey includes major life and career pivots after developing suicidal ideation as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Resident and active duty Air Force member. She is now a military veteran and mental health advocate for suicide prevention awareness.

She reminds us all that – Nothing in your career is more important than your life. Nothing.

We are humans, not robots. We need systems made for humans, not robots.
