In 2025, Doctor Little started Revive Palmetto Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery in Bluffton, South Carolina. Revive Palmetto is the premiere boutique Plastic Surgery practice in South Carolina. Prior to moving to the low country, he devoted his career to academic surgery at the University of Louisville. While there, he acted as full-time faculty in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery.
