I am a board-certified otolaryngologist/head and neck surgeon with sub-specialization in laryngology (voice, airway, swallow disorders) with training from Northwestern and Harvard. I have published over 20 papers, 9 op-eds, numerous press mentions, and given national/international talks related to my area of expertise. I spent the first 7 years of my career in academic medicine being an Associate Professor and Section Head of Laryngology. I’ve always loved teaching and it was through my role as Associate Residency Program Director that I gained further training in medical education. I now apply this to social media where I have an active presence on Instagram and TikTok , helping to educate and advocate for patients with otolaryngology and throat disorders. I currently practice in Munster, Indiana and serve as the Medical Director of Laryngology at Community Hospital.
