How to Make Jicama Shells

If you like crunchy tacos you’ll LOVE crunchy and refreshing taco shells!

Sometimes I’m more selective of my carbs…as in, I save them for dessert 🤣.. so making this substitute is a delicious and healthier alternative!

Jicama is a root vegetable that’s low in calories and high in fiber.

It’s also a good source of vitamins C and K.

These taco shells are a great way to enjoy jicama, and they’re perfect for Taco Tuesday, or when you want to include additional options for your next taco bar!

You can buy them at the store, but you can easily make them at home with mandoline at a fraction of the cost – plus they taste much fresher! Just remember to use a safety glove – do as I say not as I do….no fingers were lost here but I definitely almost lost a knuckle not too long ago!
