Target Audience: This talk is for doctors who want to learn about effective and empowering approaches to help their pain patients heal pelvic pain and help them reclaim their body and feel truly vibrant again.

Learning Objectives:

• The audience will learn about the role of nervous system in nociplastic pain/central sensitisation and understand how powerful practices can help transform their patient’s relationship with persistent pelvic pain.
• The audience will learn the role of pelvic floor physiotherapists, yoga and mediation teachers, and gynaecologists in creating a personalised plan and pathway out of  persistent pelvic pain for their patients.
• The audience will be equipped with specific tools to map their patients’ pain, and help their patients calm and rewire their nervous system.
