I am a physician leader with eclectic industry expertise and entrepreneurial background, passionate about the space at the intersection of healthcare, technology and data science.
My career has been a continuous transformational experience driven by desire to immerse myself in diverse environments and interest in doing meaningful work while being challenged.
I spent the first part of my career leading a multidisciplinary team in providing care to a children with severe mental disorders.
Subsequently, I grew interested in systems of care and discovery of novel treatments/ models of care which fueled my decision to pursue an MBA at MIT, a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. While at MIT, I pursued course work leading to obtaining MIT Healthcare Certificate and MIT Business Analytics Certificate.
Additionally, I completed Med Tech Leadership Program led by the New England Medical Innovation Center (NEMIC), program that not only provided a solid foundational knowledge of medical device development but also fostered the founding of my digital health company Q2Behave.
Furthermore, in 2022 I was a Venture Fellow with Castor Ventures/ Alumni Venture Group and continued collaborating with the fund this year as a Venture Fellow Associate.
