Dr. Frank Okosun Jr. is an Internal Medicine physician and Medical Director with extensive experience delivering evidence‑based care across both hospital and outpatient settings. His work focuses on comprehensive chronic disease management, preventive health, and population‑level care improvement, with particular expertise in hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity, and thyroid disorders.
He currently serves as Medical Director at Brazos Primary Care Associates, where he also leads clinical research as a Principal Investigator. He is on staff as an Attending Physician at CHI St. Luke’s Health Brazosport Lake Jackson, Texas. In addition, Frank Okosun is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University College of Medicine, contributing to medical education and mentoring future physicians.
He is board‑certified in Internal Medicine by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed my internship and residency training at Meharry Medical College, Nashville, Tennessee.
