Hi I specialize in helping people who struggle with complex obesity (those who continue to yo-yo diet or those who have had bariatric surgery and have regained their weight) with nonconventional lifestyle methods. I am board certified in both surgery and obesity medicine. I feel the brain is the controller of our health and I teach how we can use neuroscience and with our genetics to take charge of our behaviors and in turn genuinely live healthier forever effortlessly. I geek out on the role our brain and genetics play in the health journey and I am passionate about helping others see the correlation and break free from disease. I am a natural adventurer and feel if we all could use more curiosity in our everyday life, we would have more fun and live more freely.
