- ABOUT -

Emergency Medicine | Physician

I am a practicing emergency physician thriving post burnout, which I struggled with for years, starting in residency. It took me a long time to figure it out on my own, which inspired me to help other physicians do the same! I now work as a coach for physicians going through the same struggles. My interests in coaching are nervous system regulation, growth mindset, self love, somatics, and embodiment practices. I offer flexible individual and group programs as well as retreats. I’m available for speaking engagements as well. When I’m not working I live on a farm with my firefighter husband and run an equine rescue!
