Here's the deal:

This is a four-week course with easy, practical teaching, a supportive community and weekly group Zoom calls at noon PDT (that will be recorded if you can’t make them). At the group meetings, I will lead meditations, answer questions and coach people to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into their busy, day-to-day lives.
