I’d love to share my throw in everything & toss in balsamic vinegar salad.

It’s just a way to use of healthy ingredients together:

Get a health boost from this salad featuring superfoods like wild-caught sardines rich in omega-3s for brain health, iron-rich spinach, antioxidant-packed sun-dried tomatoes, and fiber-rich beets.

Top it off with pumpkin seeds and walnuts for healthy fats, and goat cheese for a dose of calcium.

Delicious and nutritious!

The ingredients:

Arugula, spinach, purple cabbage, cucumber, carrots, beets, olives, pumpkin seed, goat cheese, walnuts, and sardines.
