- ABOUT -

Category(ies): Physician | Urology

Urologist whose passion is to help others realize their worth, value and that every physician life matters. Taking care of ourselves is the most important thing we can do. When we learn to love ourselves, to set boundaries, to learn to say no (and yes to something else), we honor ourselves. It is only when we are well, that we can truly take care of others and do the work (whether in or outside medicine) we are meant to do. Honor yourself, honor your authenticity, spread love and joy to others. Heal yourself and others that come into your path.

Humanity and connection is paramount and thus this is why I created https://physiciancoachsupport.com/ which is a free and confidential platform for any physician to use. Here physician volunteers who are also trained as life coaches give support via a secure zoom platform. This is a place to discuss any thought, feeling, emotion or challenge that you would want to discuss confidentially with a peer. Whether you are trying to make a decision, you feel like an impostor, you are dealing with a complication, an illness, you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck we can help give you perspective on whatever is going on. We are here because we believe in hope, we believe in humanity and in helping each other. We believe in the power of connection and we want to get on a path to heal and start a journey of self-care and recovery.
