Dr. Burrow is a forensic psychiatrist and founder of Wasatch Forensic Consulting, LLC. Trained in both internal medicine and psychiatry before completing a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Case Western Reserve University, he is board certified in both psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. He serves as the Canyons Region Medical Director for Integrated Behavioral Health Services (Mental Health Integration and Collaborative Care) at Intermountain Health and is Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Burrow chairs the Technology Committee of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL) and serves on AAPL’s Task Force on AI in Forensic Psychiatry, reflecting a national leadership role at the intersection of forensic practice and emerging technology. He is a board member of the Utah Psychiatric Association and a representative to the American Psychiatric Association Assembly, of which he is a Distinguished Fellow.
